The grounding of Miriam's work is based on a humanistic existential view point. Miriam applies a person centered approach to her practice and believes that every human is unique and everyone is responsible for implementing active change in their life she supports this by focusing on their strengths and what gives them purpose and meaning in life. Too often we are told societally and culturally what we 'should' and 'should not' do, say, believe and feel. Miriam offers a supportive environment to discover what lies beneath, allowing the time and space to discover what truly matters to you and what will help you fulfill a meaning and purposeful life.
