My approach is attentive, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and a non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, or a feeling of being lost or overwhelmed, therapy can help you build self-acceptance, clarity, and emotional ease.
I offer online sessions and in-person appointments on weekday evenings after 6pm as well as day time in weekends ( Saturday/Sunday)
