My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change grows from insight and emotional awareness. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or a sense of being stuck, our work can help you connect more deeply with yourself and create new possibilities for growth and well-being.
I work online in the mornings and afternoons, and can provide in person sessions in the evenings post 6pm, Fridays and Saturdays.
