As a psychotherapist, I am compassionate, client-centered, and integrative in my approach, currently studying for a master’s in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and understood. I blend cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness techniques, integrating MBSR principles to foster emotional healing and personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and overcome obstacles.
