I am a passionate psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and additional training in Criminal Psychology. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people challenge unhelpful thoughts, manage anxiety, and build a healthier relationship with themselves.
I strongly believe in the mind–body connection. Physical exercise, movement, and lifestyle play a key role in reducing anxiety, balancing cortisol levels, and improving emotional well-being. I often integrate this awareness into therapy, encouraging clients to see healing as a holistic journey.
Outside of my professional work, I love traveling and exploring different cultures, which has taught me to value openness, adaptability, and human connection. These experiences enrich my practice and allow me to meet clients with curiosity and empathy.
