What really shapes my work is my deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the value of meeting each client as a unique individual. I’ve had the privilege of living in and being closely connected to Italian, West African, British, and Irish cultures, and I bring this lived experience into the therapy room. My familiarity with different cultural perspectives allows me to offer a sensitive, inclusive, and welcoming space for people from all backgrounds.
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions using an integrative approach—this means I draw from various therapeutic models like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Humanistic approaches, depending on what suits you best. Each person’s story is different, and I tailor my work to reflect your specific needs and goals.
Alongside long-term work, I also have experience in providing short-term counselling. This can be especially helpful for people going through a specific challenge, crisis, or life transition, or for those who are looking for a focused space to gain clarity and tools in a limited number of sessions. Short-term therapy can be just as meaningful and transformative as long-term work—it’s about finding what fits best for you right now.
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, phobias, addiction, and family dynamics. I also support adults on the autism spectrum, helping them navigate the unique challenges they may face. Additionally, I’m currently expanding my training in couples therapy to enhance the ways I support relationships and connection.
Therapy is available in both English and Italian, and my goal is always to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I truly believe that everyone has the inner strength to grow through life’s challenges, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
