Experience3+ years in Belief Coding
I work with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and stress-related challenges that are often rooted in subconscious belief patterns and past experiences.
Clients come to me with concerns including anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, people-pleasing, perfectionism, procrastination, and self-sabotaging behaviours. I also support women navigating challenges around food, weight, body image, confidence, boundaries, relationships, life transitions, and a sense of feeling “stuck” or disconnected from themselves.
My work often involves supporting clients in processing the emotional impact of past experiences, unresolved relational dynamics, and long-standing belief systems formed earlier in life. Sessions may focus on themes such as safety, control, trust, shame, guilt, identity, visibility, self-expression, and personal power.
I approach each client individually, recognising that similar symptoms can have very different underlying causes. Rather than working with rigid protocols, I adapt my methods to meet the client where they are, supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful inner shifts in a way that feels safe and respectful.
Approach My work is focused on gently identifying and addressing the root emotional and subconscious causes behind the challenges or discomfort you may be experiencing. Rather than working only at a surface or symptom level, I support clients in exploring why certain patterns, reactions, or struggles persist, and what they may be connected to at a deeper level.
I use an integrative, trauma-aware approach, selecting tools based on the individual client, the nature of the issue, and what feels safest and most appropriate in the moment. Sessions are always paced with care, prioritising emotional regulation, consent, and the client’s capacity.
A central method in my work is Belief Coding®, a pioneering, structured framework developed by Jessica Cunningham. Belief Coding® draws on an integrated understanding of psychology, neuroscience, and mind–body practices, incorporating elements from areas such as psychology, NLP, CBT-informed principles, EFT, meditation, inner child work, kinesiology, and energy-based approaches. By bringing these disciplines together into one coherent process, Belief Coding® supports the identification of personal beliefs—often unconscious—that influence behaviour, emotional responses, relationships, and life choices.
The process focuses on increasing awareness of beliefs that may no longer serve the client and supporting the development of more empowering, supportive perspectives aligned with their values and goals. Belief Coding® works with the subconscious mind to explore the origins of certain thought and emotional patterns, allowing space for meaningful inner shifts that can positively influence daily life.
I also integrate Recall Healing–informed work, a modality that synthesises insights from depth psychology, psychosomatic understanding, developmental experiences, and transgenerational influences. Recall Healing views the human being as a triad of psyche, brain, and body, recognising that emotional stressors and unresolved experiences can influence both behaviour and physical responses. In this work, I guide clients to gently explore the emotional context behind certain patterns or symptoms, supporting awareness, insight, and integration.
Depending on the client’s needs, I may also incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Theta Healing, inner child work, The Journey–informed processes, and other supportive tools to help regulate emotions, process past experiences, and strengthen self-connection.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualised. I do not follow rigid protocols; instead, I adapt each session to the client in front of me, creating a supportive space where insight, emotional processing, and sustainable inner change can unfold in a way that feels respectful, safe, and empowering.
