I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I would implement a variety of approaches to suit the client's individual needs. I primarily work with OCD (in all its forms) and anxiety related concerns. My primary approach revolve around the client's needs and ultimately we work together to loosen the grips of OCD over-time. For OCD - the primary approaches that I implement are as follows: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure- Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - both of which are recommended by research to date. I also help clients with variety of other concerns such anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, bereavement, bullying, workplace concerns, amongst other issues.
