
Success in life starts with self-awareness
We are all self-aware, but enhancing it will make you discover where you can improve. Once you become aware of those points, you can gear your research towards them, one at a time, and start implementing what you have learnt, thus starting to succeed in your life. Journaling, even if it's in bullet points or using graphs is extremely helpful getting insight on yourself and your life journey, and don't forget to jot down things you are grateful for, daily if possible; this will make you appreciate what you already have and puts things into perspective, so you are not wasting your energy on improving things that are already good enough and instead you can focus on what matters most that start improving right now. Every single step you take counts as a mini-success in the journey to achieving your goals, whether that's better relationships, better job or career, better space or environment, better self-care, so don't forget to reward yourself every now and again for the effort, rewards keep you motivated!
