Taking 100% responsibility for your life

Your life, your health, your happiness is your own responsibility, not someone else's. Think of the things you are not happy about at the moment. Is there anything you can do to change them? Most probably there is, if not, learn how to change perspective about them, so you will also feel different about them; it will make your life easier! The thing is, what's the best way to see things in a different way? Simply note what might there be in your situation to be learnt: are you feeling stuck, why do you think that might be? Are you resenting someone, why? Are you often jealous of other people? Why? And can you identify other similar experiences in your life where you ended up with the same result? Maybe you keep been taken advantage of because you don't seem to be able to say 'no', or maybe no matter how hard you work you don't seem to be able to get promoted, or maybe you keep being cheated on etc. If similar experiences keep occurring over and over again it's because you haven't learnt the lesson given, thus attracting similar people and situations because of your core beliefs and therefore you keep getting the same result. If you want a different outcome you need to change your behaviour, which is easiest if you change the core belief driving your behaviour.
