I’m a person-centred psychotherapist who offers a warm, grounding space where you can explore what’s happening in your inner world with honesty and gentleness. Our work is centred on you — your feelings, your pace, and your experience. Together we focus on the present moment, helping you reconnect with your own wisdom, deepen your self-understanding, and step into a more authentic version of yourself.
My approach is attentive, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and a non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, or a feeling of being lost or overwhelmed, therapy can help you build self-acceptance, clarity, and emotional ease.
I offer online sessions and in-person appointments on weekday evenings after 6pm as well as day time in weekends ( Saturday/Sunday)
