I have over five years’ experience working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist supporting adults through a range of emotional and life challenges.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties and trauma.
During my training I also worked in a cancer support centre, supporting individuals coping with illness, loss and difficult life circumstances.
My aim is to provide a supportive and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and develop healthier ways of coping.
Approach My approach to counselling is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit each person I work with. I believe that every individual is unique and that therapy should be tailored to each client’s needs.
In our work together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive space. This can help you gain greater understanding of yourself and identify areas where positive change may be possible.
