My aim is to help you explore solutions through improving communication and coping skills. Counselling provides an opportunity to explore feelings, beliefs and behaviours and to identify areas for change.
People reach out for counselling for a variety of reasons but can often feel stuck and need support but uncertain of how to move forward. Counselling can help to explore personal challenges to improve self-awareness, develop coping skills and enhance relationships.

Introduced to counselling as a teenager inspired me to train as a counsellor. I understand that beginning therapy may feel like a big step but I ensure a secure space to provide support.
