Hi My name is Laurence Murphy. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, with Over 10 years experience. I am fully Accredited member of Iahip. I enjoy meeting and working with people at deep relational level. I see clients online and in person at my therapy room in Cork City centre.

Qualification I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist. I am a member of and accredited with IAHIP. The Irish Association of Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy.
Experience
10++ years in Psychotherapy
After undertaking an indept 5 year training course. I have over 10 years experience seeing clients. I work with both individuals and Couples. I have trained in couples therapy and Iwork alot with Adolescents. I am also a trained family mediator. And so can provide family therapy. I have spent time in Addiction centres and hence And I have alot of experience working with Addictions to alcohol, drugs and Sexual Addiction.
Approach My motivation for working in Psychotherapy is the belief that no one should struggle alone when help and support is available, as well as a desire to work in deeper and more meaningful relationship with others. My approach is to meet and accept you exactly where you are in your life, without judgement or preconditions. To be full seen, heard, and understood is perhaps the most therapeutic experience anyone can have. I am trained in person Centered, gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioural and psychoanalytic. Therapies. This allows me to tailor my approach to work well with a variety of people and issues.

Standard 60-minute sessions are €45 -50 euros. .
