Reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps to take, especially when you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck in life. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you and feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Pre-Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My approach is rooted in Humanistic and Person-Centred values, recognising that each person is unique and the expert in their own life. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a range of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Emotion-Focused therapies.

I work with adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, loss of motivation, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in men's mental health and creating spaces where men can explore emotions, relationships, identity, and personal growth without judgement.

Therapy is not about being told what to do. It is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and discover strengths and resources that can support meaningful change. We move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most in your life.

Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of direction and wellbeing.

I also bring a wealth of professional training and personal experience with neurodivergence to the table, creating a supportive environment for ASD people. I truly understand the distinct sensory and social challenges that come with neurodivergence.

I offer psychotherapy in both English and Polish and welcome adults from all backgrounds. Wherever you find yourself right now, you do not have to face life's challenges alone.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I hold a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College Dublin and am working towards accreditation as a member of the IACP. My training is integrative, drawing on Humanistic, Person-Centred, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Emotion-Focused approaches. I also hold a QQI Level 6 Award in Coaching Models of Practice and a Diploma in Family Constellations. I participate in ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision to ensure safe, ethical, and effective practice.
Experience
2+ years in Integrative Therapist
I have completed over 2 years of supervised clinical training working with adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, loss of motivation, emotional distress, and suicidal ideation. I currently provide psychotherapy in a supervised counselling service, supporting clients through both short- and longer-term therapeutic work.
Approach My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that every person has inherent worth, strengths, and the capacity for growth and change. I work from a Humanistic and Person-Centred foundation, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly and at your own pace.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I recognise that no single therapeutic approach suits everyone. Each person brings a unique life story, set of challenges, and personal strengths. For this reason, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Emotion-Focused therapies.

My role is not to tell you what to do or provide quick answers. Instead, I work collaboratively with you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress or keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we can explore both present difficulties and, where helpful, the influence of past experiences on your current life.

I believe that meaningful change often begins when people feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood. Through the therapeutic relationship, many clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, ADHD-related challenges, or a period of uncertainty and transition, I aim to provide a calm and respectful environment where you can safely explore what matters most to you and move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
