About

Bruno holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. As a humanistic and integrative therapist, Bruno believes in the inherent potential of every individual to heal and grow. Life presents us with wounds, but within each of us lies the capacity to recover, make new choices, and find the inner freedom to live authentically. Bruno understands that our relationships shape who we are, and he emphasises the importance of connection in the therapeutic process. With experience working in counselling and psychotherapy centers and private practice, Bruno has provided face-to-face, and online therapy to a diverse range of clients, each with unique life experiences and challenges. Bruno’s approach is compassionate and tailored to the needs of each client. He provides a safe, supportive space for reflection, helping clients explore their life experiences at their own pace. Bruno was trained in Person Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis, CBT, Somatic Therapy, Family System, Developmental Psychology, Existential Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. His work involves identifying behavioral triggers, developing effective coping mechanisms, and addressing obstacles that may be hindering personal growth. He also helps clients to reconnect with their true selves and the natural world, enhancing their sense of authenticity and personal freedom. Through this process, clients can integrate the various parts of themselves, leading to greater fulfillment and a deeper appreciation of life. He adheres to the IACP's code of ethics and practices professionally under regular clinical supervision.
