About
I am an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist, holding a BSc in Psychology and an Masters in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling. I offer a reflective space to explore emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, and life transitions among other issues, with my approach focusing on understanding the deeper, often unconscious patterns that influence how we think, feel, and relate to others I work with adults over the age of 18 with a variety of issues and concerns.
My caseload encompasses a broad spectrum of mental health presentations, ranging from complex and severe difficulties such as personality disorders to more common experiences such as anxiety, stress and low mood. While the level of clinical complexity varies, recognising that difficulties can be significant and impactful regardless of their clinical complexity.
My approach focuses on understanding the deeper, often unconscious patterns that influence how we think, feel, and relate to others. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we work to develop insight, emotional awareness, and greater self-compassion, allowing for meaningful and lasting change.
I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can speak freely and move at your own pace. If you are considering therapy and would like to understand yourself more deeply or create change in areas that no longer feel sustainable, I welcome you to get in touch to see if we might be a good fit.
I work online in the mornings and afternoons, and can provide in person sessions in the evenings post 6pm, and during the day on Fridays and Saturdays.
