Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I hold an undergraduate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am completing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy with a focus on Family Therapy, which enhances my understanding of relational and systemic dynamics in therapeutic work.
Experience
2+ years in Counselling
I have experience working with individuals presenting with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, grief and loss, family system issues, LGBTQ+ related concerns, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I work predominantly from a humanistic perspective, valuing empathy, collaboration, and the unique experience of each client.

Approach My approach to counselling is rooted in the humanistic approach. I meet my clients wherever they are and provide a safe, confidential container where they can explore challenges, heal and grow in a non-judgement and compassionate environment.
