Approach I am a person-centred, integrative therapist - I practice a range of modalities (psychodynamic therapy, existential, gestalt therapy) and will use them in ways to best help you in the work.
Collaboration is at the core of my work - you are the expert in your own life, my role will be as a facilitator.
