About

Finding the right therapist can feel like a big step. Especially when life already feels heavy. I offer a warm, supportive space where you don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. You can show up as you are, and we’ll take things from there.

I’m a counsellor who believes therapy should feel human, relaxed, and genuinely supportive. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, helping you feel comfortable enough to open up at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and work towards feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself.

Support for Adults

I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed. Perhaps you’re navigating changes in relationships, career, identity, or family life, and finding it harder than expected.

Our sessions offer a space where you don’t need to pretend you’re coping or have it all together. We’ll work gently to understand what’s underneath these struggles, build self-confidence, and help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Many clients tell me they appreciate my warm, energetic, and approachable style, and the sense that therapy with me feels supportive rather than clinical.

Working with Teenagers (13+) & Supporting Parents

I also work with teenagers aged 14 and over, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where they can talk openly about what’s going on for them. I support young people with anxiety, self-esteem, school stress, friendship challenges, and emotional regulation.

For parents, it can be worrying when your teenager is struggling or seems closed off. I aim to support both young people and their families by helping teenagers feel understood and supported, while encouraging healthier communication and emotional wellbeing within the family.

I have completed my degree in counselling and have spent the past two years working directly with clients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, stress, and relationship difficulties. Alongside my counselling work, I have also been part of the mental health sector for the past few years, giving me valuable experience in supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs.

My experience has shown me that no two people are the same, which is why I take a personalized, compassionate, and client-centered approach. I create a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself freely, gain clarity, and build the confidence to move forward.
