I currently see clients online. I believe that there are times in life when we need someone to turn to, who can help us make sense of things and cope with difficult feelings or situations. I'm here to offer that support. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where my clients feel listened to and held, supporting the exploration of problems, challenges and feelings which may be difficult to talk about. At the heart of my practice is the belief that you have the inner resources to implement change. I am here to facilitate that through our work together.

Certificate in Counselling children and young people, BCPC
Experience
5+ years in Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
I’m a qualified therapist with over five years of experience running my private practice in Bristol. I have recently moved home to Kilkenny. Alongside my independent work, I’ve supported clients through a range of challenges at several respected organisations — including The Swan Project (addiction), The Harbour (bereavement), and Naos (trauma).
My background has given me a deep understanding of how people cope with loss, pain, and change, and I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to every session. I also have extensive experience working with young people, helping them navigate the pressures and complexities of growing up.
I believe therapy is a space for honesty, reflection, and growth — a place where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of your experiences and move toward greater wellbeing.
Approach As an integrative therapist, I draw from a selection of theoretical approaches. These include Psychodynamic Therapy (rooted in Psychotherapy) and Person-centred Therapy. What this basically means is that I tailor your therapy according to your needs, and have the ability to draw from various approaches.
