About

Life can be difficult, and reaching out for support isn't always easy. I offer confidential counselling, psychotherapy and couples therapy: a warm, non-judgmental space to make sense of what's hard and find a way forward, at a pace that feels right for you.

My particular focus is couples and relationship work, helping partners move through conflict, disconnection or a loss of trust towards better communication, understanding and closeness, drawing on the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, grief and bereavement, trauma, low self-esteem, addiction and life transitions.

My approach is warm, integrative and person-centred. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you in a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I tailor how we work to you rather than fitting you to a single method.

I see clients in person at Grand Canal Dock (Dublin) and Bray (Co. Wicklow), and online across Ireland. I'm an accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP). Every enquiry starts with a free 15-minute, no-obligation consultation, so we can talk about what brings you here and see whether we're a good fit.

A limited number of concession places are available.

Approach My approach is warm, integrative and person-centred. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, in a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and honestly. I tailor how we work to you rather than fitting you to a single method, drawing on person-centred, humanistic, CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and logotherapy (a meaning-centred, existential approach) as they suit your needs.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you've never done it before. Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other: I'll ask what brings you here and what you're hoping for, and there's no pressure to have it all figured out. From there we'll agree how often to meet and work at a pace that feels right.

Fees & Availability

Standard 60-minute sessions are €70.
