My name is Claudia O’Keeffe and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy at your own pace.
I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and the impact of difficult relationships, including domestic abuse. I believe deeply in each person’s capacity to heal, grow, and find greater ease and peace in their lives.

3+ years in Psychotherapy
I have over two years’ experience working as a trainee counsellor and psychotherapist in a community-based, low-cost counselling centre, supporting adults and adolescents with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I have experience working within a domestic violence project, providing therapeutic support to women and contributing to school-based programmes that promote awareness of healthy and unhealthy relationships.
My background also includes many years working in youth work, youth diversion, and youth advocacy roles, as well as supporting young people in residential care and foster care settings who were facing complex emotional and relational challenges.
I have worked sensitively with individuals affected by complex trauma, including those impacted by historical abuse, and I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to all of my work.
Approach I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am also qualified to work with Adolescents.
