Having done several sessions with Dagmara I can vouch for her excellence as a therapist for both parent and child. She has an ability to get to the essence and work with different tools to provide solutions. I felt extremely confident and safe in her service, and would highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dagmara. Shi is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Form the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well looked after. Dagmara took the time to explain everything, listened to my concerns, and tailored the treatment to my needs. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly approach made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dagmara to anyone looking for exceptional service and someone who truly goes above the beyond.

3 weeks ago New I have been in therapy for a number of years now and Dagmara is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s very calm. She listens really well and she asks pertinent questions. I feel very listened to by her and she’s very efficient with time. We get a lot done in the time we have together and I always go away feeling like we’ve done some deep work and I feel transformed every time. I was fairly new to internal family systems work when I started working with her and now I can’t imagine not using it with a therapist because the work is so deep when it’s somatic and I now feel that I was missing a lot by not having somatic work as part of my therapy before. Dagmara is very skilled in that area and I was recommended to her because she is “the queen” when it comes to getting in touch with our younger parts. We also talk a bit before and after the somatic part of the session which is super helpful as well. She is really smart about the issues I bring to her and there’s nothing I feel I couldn’t discuss with her. I feel seen and heard by her. And as I mentioned above, I have done a tremendous amount of work in the 4 months we’ve been working together. She’s so worth the investment!

Dagmara has been amazing from our first meeting. She instantly had me at ease and comfortable enough to share openly with her. She is professional, kind, accommodating, understanding. She challenges me in ways I have not expected. I am much more confident in myself and truly feel like my life has changed since starting to see Dagmara. Everything Dagmara does makes this experience enjoyable and enlightens me each time. I look forward to continuing with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dagamara has been truly amazing to work with in threapy. I suffer with illness such as bpd (borderline personality disorder) which make it very hard to have normal relationships whether that's romantic or platonic even in my family relationships I struggled. Since seeing dagmara I am in a healthy relationship! (First one ever) I am really close to my sister (we never had a relationship only just fighting and resentment we could never see eye to eye) I am able to communicate a lot better with everyone around me. I suffer with my moods and since I started therapy with dagmara I am able to cope and regulate my emotions I am currently coming off medication which I haven't been able to do in 15 years! All thanks to dagmara, she truly has changed my life and I am so greatful, I have been in and out of threapy my whole life I never found a therapist that worked as well for me as her! I was suffering with low self esteem and a lot of issues, I am now much more confident and happy in myself. She has truly changed my life for the better she is amazing at what she does, and I wouldn't be where I am if I didn't start therapy with her she has helped my life completely and everyone around me praises her and the work she has and continues to do with me! before her I was drinking and taking drugs and even binge eating to cope and now I am finally at peace and healing myself slowly but surely! If you want to heal yourself and become a better person and have better all round relationships in your life including with yourself, be free from relying on other people for happiness and just be happy overall in yourself, I couldn't recommended dagmara enough! Thank you so much for helping me live a normal functioning life and actually helping me to love myself for the first time in 30 years! I owe you everything and the people in my life do too I finally am close with my family and have great people and relationships around me! Thank you for being a miracle worker!
