About

My Approach
I am a person-centred, integrative psychotherapist who works gently and compassionately, always at a pace that feels right for you. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship — creating a safe, steady space where you feel heard, understood, and met.

I work with a strong awareness of trauma and the importance of safety, trust, and choice. Therapy is shaped by what you bring and how you want to work, whether you’re exploring relationships, life transitions, past experiences, or something that feels hard to put into words.

My approach is collaborative and responsive, guided by presence rather than pressure. I draw from different therapeutic approaches, always with care and attunement, offering a supportive space where you can slow down, feel less alone, and gently reconnect with yourself.

Experience
10++ years in Psychotherapy
I am an integrative relational therapist with over 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. At the heart of my work is the belief that feeling safe, understood, and met within a therapeutic relationship is what allows meaningful change to unfold. I place great importance on creating a space where people can slow down, feel supported, and explore their experiences at their own pace.

My experience includes trauma-informed practice, including previous work with the Rape Crisis Centre, as well as training and an internship at Oakwood Psychological Centre in Castletroy, Limerick. I have worked in private practice for several years and currently work as a facilitator with SHEP.

I am also training as a supervisor, which continues to deepen my reflective and relational approach to therapy. I aim to offer a warm, collaborative space where the relationship itself becomes a source of support, insight, and healing.
Approach
I am a person-centred, integrative psychotherapist who works in a gentle, compassionate way, always at a pace that feels right for you. The core of my work is the therapeutic relationship — creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely met.

I work with a strong awareness of trauma and its impact, approaching this work carefully and respectfully, with safety and trust as the foundation. Therapy is shaped by what you bring and how you want to work, whether you are navigating relationships, life transitions, past experiences, or something that feels difficult to name.

My approach is collaborative and responsive. I draw from different therapeutic approaches, guided not by a fixed structure, but by your needs and the relationship we build together. Presence is central to how I work — being alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care, without pressure or expectation.

At its heart, my work offers a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel less alone, and gently reconnect with yourself.
