Experience4+ years in Psychologist
In my sessions, I integrate psychotherapy and psychoeducation, with a particular focus on negotiation as an essential life skill. A significant part of my clinical practice involves complex relationship dynamics, particularly narcissism and associated forms of psychological abuse, including manipulation, coercive control, emotional invalidation and gaslighting. These experiences can leave you questioning your boundaries, your choices and even your sense of identity.
Working with individuals and couples internationally, across diverse cultural, social and personal backgrounds, I support clients through a range of interpersonal challenges and major life transitions, including divorce, family dynamics, parenting, career change, expatriate transitions, burnout, emotional exhaustion, crisis and trauma.
I believe that understanding what shapes us creates the possibility of choosing how we respond, rather than remaining governed by patterns that no longer serve us.
As a Psychology Instructor, I provide education to parents, teachers and mental health professionals on topics including identity development, self-esteem, positive psychology, child and adolescent psychology, bullying, personality models and related areas.
I do not believe that therapists hold all the answers. From a systemic perspective, our role is to ask the right questions that help you discover answers that make sense within your own world. Becoming a mother at 24 taught me that growth is rarely linear and that every step forward matters.
What I can promise you is this: I will listen, support you, and challenge you when needed. I will not sugarcoat things, but I will be beside you with compassion as you step into the discomfort that can lead to meaningful change.
