Qualifications & Experience
Qualification Obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology at Ispa - Instituto Universitário de Ciências Psicológicas, Sociais e da Vida and made an exchange program at UAB - Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Obtained a Masters degree in Psychology (University of Vienna/ISPA - IU) with focus in Clinical Psychology where he defended his thesis about body language.
Experience
2+ years in Psychologist
Worked as a Clinical psychologist at Hospital de Sant'Ana where he had the first contact with inpatients. During summer, offers psychological support at festivals on site, where he performs intervention in crisis. Nowadays is responsible for its own private practice, helping people getting a best meaningful life for themselves.

Just like a talk between two friends, you can share everything that is inside of you that still needs some attention that you didn’t have the chance to process before.
Without judgments, here you can express feelings, emotions and dreams that are still alive but nobody really understands it. Instead of criticising what happened to you, we will try to understand how it shaped the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Together, we begin to notice patterns that may be repeating in your relationships, your choices, and your emotional reactions.
All the feelings you have inside of you have a cause and made you behave with a certain purpose. Once you have a better understanding out of yourself, your feelings and your own story, you will automatically gain freedom to make better decisions based on your own purpose in life, making life more pleasant and fulfilling to be lived.
