Qualification I have completed the first year of training in Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy and am currently continuing my studies at the Basic Level. My ongoing training includes theoretical and experiential learning, personal development, and supervised practice with clients. As part of my training, I work with clients under regular individual supervision.
Experience3+ years in Counselling
I have three years of experience providing emotional support as a volunteer with Jaunimo linija (Youth Line), supporting people experiencing emotional distress, relationship difficulties, loneliness, loss, anxiety and challenging life situations. This experience strengthened my skills in active listening, empathic communication and crisis-sensitive support.
I am currently undertaking supervised practice as part of my training in Existential Psychotherapy. In my work with clients, I draw on existential and humanistic principles, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore emotional difficulties, relationships, life transitions, identity, meaning and personal challenges.
Approach My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic psychotherapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can explore what is happening in your life at your own pace, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
Rather than offering ready-made answers, I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply - your feelings, relationships, choices, values and the patterns that may be shaping your life. Together, we can explore difficult experiences as well as questions around identity, meaning, relationships, change and uncertainty.
I aim to create a warm, respectful and genuine therapeutic relationship where you can speak openly and feel heard. My work is tailored to the individual, recognising that each person brings their own history, circumstances and way of experiencing the world.
