Approach I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a pre-accredited member of the IACP. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, drawing on a multitude of approaches such as psychodynamic, CBT and attachment theory, guided by your needs and goals.

I simply aim to support personal growth, improved wellbeing, and positive change in everyday life for you. Most clients approach me because they are going through tough times and look to be heard and supported. Others come to me to learn new skills and find new perspectives to managing life and relationships. You may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or recurring patterns that seem difficult to break. Sometimes, there may not be a clear reason—only a sense that something feels out of balance. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore these thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. We will focus on the difficulties you are facing in the present while also considering past experiences, childhood memories and unprocessed events. Whether you are looking to be truly heard or looking to make a change, just know, that no issue is too small and no trauma is too big to share.
