I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I provide a warm and non-judgemental safe space for you to feel heard and understood. I'll help you look at challenges you are facing and unpack what's going on. Working collaboratively together on goals to help you feel better and shift to a healthier mindset, changing reoccurring patterns to calm your mind and body.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I work using skills from different counselling approaches (psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, solution-focused or creative methods) to best help you with whatever difficulties you bring to counselling. I can also provide short term CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
Life can be tough, there are times in all our lives when things feel too overwhelming to deal with on our own. I can offer you support and guidance. Therapy can have a powerful and lasting change on your life.
I have experience working with multiple issues, including but not limited to:
Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress, Depression, Grief/Bereavement, Loss, Addiction, Relationship Issues, Transition/Change, Abuse (emotional, physical & sexual), Women’s issues and Trauma related difficulties.
I will work collaboratively with you using various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic and creative techniques based on what you need and prefer.
