I offer a non-judgmental environment and will check in with you to ensure that you are getting what you need from the counselling experience. My approach draws on a number of counselling modalities, including Cognitive and Dialetical Behaviour Therapies (CBT/DBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic therapy,and Mindfulness.
