As a therapist, I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, offering support as you move from a place of simply surviving to one of really thriving as your real and grounded Self. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about and explore your experiences and life story.
I previously had the pleasure of being a part of The Shona Project Mentoring Program for 2024/2025, where I supported a senior cycle student through their personal development journey. Alongside this, I have been completing volunteer hours with an NGO that provides emotional support to parents, helping them navigate the challenges of parenthood with compassion and empathy.
In addition, I am in the process of developing a series of workshops for adults, focused on key areas such as emotional awareness and regulation, understanding and managing conflict, and building healthier relationships with both others and themselves.
I am a relationship mentor therapist (IARM accredited). I meet people where they are at and provide them with the space and time they need to reflect and explore the challenging behaviours and emotions that are arising in them.
I have completed a Certificate of Interpersonal Communication and a Higher Diploma in Relationship Mentoring at the University of College Cork.
