Qualifications & Experience
Qualification I have a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Life Coaching.
Experience
8+ years in Person-centered therapy
I have experience working with clients who are suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, gambling addiction and a wide range of other conditions. At present I am working privately in Douglas Cork and The Midleton Hub Mental Health and Wellness center.
Approach My therapeutic style is a Person Centered Therapeutic Approach. This allows me, as a therapist, to meet the client as they are, be accepting and non judgmental of them and provide a safe space that allows them to get a better understanding of themselves and in the process overcome any challenges they are dealing with in their lives.
