Parenting brings both joy and challenges, whether you're navigating behaviour, discipline, screen time, burnout, or shifting family dynamics. Together, we’ll identify practical tools to help you manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen your connection with your child, building self care and regulation strategies, tailored to your unique family situation. Adolescents today face intense pressure, often leading to anxiety, unhelpful thinking patterns, and challenges such as peer issues, school avoidance, changes in family dynamics, and grief. I provide a safe, relatable space where young people can explore emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and mental health. I provide relationship counselling in a supportive, non-judgemental space where both partners can feel heard and understood. Together, we explore communication patterns, conflict, trust, emotional connection, and relationship challenges. Counselling can help couples strengthen understanding, rebuild connection, and create healthier ways of relating to one another and themselves.
