About

I am a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s inner worlds, which led me to this deeply rewarding work. My practice is rooted in empathy, evidence-based approaches, and respect for each client’s unique experience. I support individuals facing perinatal mental health challenges, women’s health issues, infertility, and the emotional impact of childlessness. I work with adolescents and understand the complexities of teen development and offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for parents navigating the challenges of raising children. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, panic issues, identity, fertility concerns, or family dynamics, I’m here to help you feel heard and supported. Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I am a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).
Experience
3+ years in Counselling
Using an Integrative approach, I support individuals in developing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies. These approaches empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, fostering personal growth and lasting positive change. I support clients, male and female, in processing these complex feelings around infertility and women's health, exploring their identity beyond fertility, relationships and finding meaning and strength through their experiences. Parenting brings both joy and challenges, whether you're navigating behaviour, discipline, screen time, burnout, or shifting family dynamics. Together, we’ll identify practical tools to help you manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen your connection with your child, building self care and regulation strategies, tailored to your unique family situation. Adolescents today face intense pressure, often leading to anxiety, unhelpful thinking patterns, and challenges such as peer issues, school avoidance, changes in family dynamics, and grief. I provide a safe, relatable space where young people can explore emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and mental health. I provide relationship counselling in a supportive, non-judgemental space where both partners can feel heard and understood. Together, we explore communication patterns, conflict, trust, emotional connection, and relationship challenges. Counselling can help couples strengthen understanding, rebuild connection, and create healthier ways of relating to one another and themselves.
Approach My approach is client-centred, grounded in empathy, respect, and confidentiality. I view clients as the experts of their own experience and offer a safe, inclusive space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, incorporating Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, working together to identify what’s holding you back and develop practical, personalised steps toward growth and healing. Sessions support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, adolescent anxiety, or fertility issues, your experiences are valid here. I provide compassionate support both online and in-person, helping you move toward clarity, healing, and lasting positive change. Please feel free to get in touch to arrange an appointment and begin your journey toward greater well-being and understanding.
