I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am Garda vetted and I am also registered with the IACP.
If you're struggling with any issues in your life that may be having an adverse effect on your mental health, I can help. As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I bring a blend of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I have worked in the field of weight management for over 15 years, running my own business for 10 out of those 15 years. I now work in my private practice as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Co Meath/West Dublin having gained a degree BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am therefore very aware of the impact diet can have on a person's mental health and wellbeing. I also have vast experience in dealing with people's personal and sensitive issues having more than 15 years experience in seeing clients on a one-to-one basis.
I am a fully trained, pre-accredited therapist, which means I am qualified, insured, Garda vetted, and a member of the IACP, working to the highest standards in the profession.
I create a calm, comfortable and safe space where you can talk honestly, whether you're upset, confused, frustrated, anxious, lost or feeling depressed.
As an integrative therapist, I combine evidence-based clinical practices with a person-centered approach to provide tailored support that meets your unique needs.
My goal is to ensure you receive effective, compassionate care that aligns with your values, helping you navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
I hold a Higher Diploma in Counselling and a BSc(Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have also completed workshops in Safe Talk and Children First.
