Approach Áine's approach is humanistic, person-centred and relational, grounded in the belief that a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment is essential for exploring personal experiences at an individual pace. Art Therapy and Sandplay provide creative and symbolic methods for expressing thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be difficult to articulate verbally. Through the therapeutic relationship, matters of importance can be thoughtfully explored while fostering greater self-understanding, healing and personal growth.
