Experience
2+ years in Addiction
I am a First Class Honours graduate in Psychotherapy from ICHAS and a pre-accredited member of both the Association for Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI).

I currently provide counselling in private practice and have gained clinical experience working with clients through both the Cocaine Initiative in Ennis an online counselling platform. Through these roles, I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and other life challenges.

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I aim to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain greater self-understanding, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
Approach I offer a person-centred, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to therapy, creating a safe space where you can speak openly and explore whatever is on your mind. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and change when provided with the right support and understanding.

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, and philosophical reflection. Together, we can explore patterns of thinking and behaviour, develop greater self-awareness, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

I aim to work at your pace, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of direction. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in life, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence.
