Experience4+ years in Psychotherapy
I have experience working with multiple issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, trauma, relationship and attachment difficulties, self-esteem, abuse, coercive control, bereavement, grief/loss, and work-related issues.
With 20 years of experience as a senior finance professional, I intimately grasp corporate dynamics and demands. This background equips me to empathetically support clients facing challenges like high-pressure environments, workplace conflicts, career transitions, and work-life balance issues in therapy.
Approach My approach is informed by my primary orientation of psychodynamic, and I practice within an assimilative integrative framework, incorporating other modalities that complement this approach. While psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives guide my work, my integrative training allows me to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each client.
