I am an Integrative, Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist. Based in Duleek, Co. Meath, Ireland or Online.
Specialising in mental health for children and adults, focusing on healing inner wounds, and building resilience through integrative approaches like Psychodynamic Therapy and REBT. I work with a wide range of presenting issues with a major interest in relationships, self-worth, and trauma work.

Providing a space for adolescents (ages 12+) Experienced in addressing anxiety by helping young people understand the "parts" of themselves that feel overwhelmed or pressured.
By teaching practical mindfulness techniques and sustainable coping skills, I help teens to manage intense emotions and build self-regulation.

Furthermore, I am drawing from both professional training and personal experience with ASD, I offer a neuro-affirming space for people with ASD.

Qualification Graduated with distinction from IICP, level 8 BA(Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling
IFS informed therapist. Trained in Children and Adolesents therapy with ICHAS.
Experience
3+ years in Psychotherapy
Completed over 2 years of training and worked with a wide range of presenting issues, such as trauma, generalised anxiety disorder, borderline disorder, bereavement, self-harm, substance use, OCD, irrational fears, abandonment and relationship breakup.

Approach Working with both Adults and under-18s.

Integrative and Person-Centred psychotherapist. Thained IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist, drawing from REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and Psychodynamic principles. Working with an approach that is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, you will be met where you are and supported in understanding the patterns, emotions, and inner parts that shape your experiences.
