2+ years in Integrative Therapist
Completed over 2 years of training and worked with a wide range of presenting issues, such as trauma, generalised anxiety disorder, borderline disorder, bereavement, self-harm, substance use, OCD, irrational fears, abandonment and relationship breakup.
Approach Integrative and Person-Centred psychotherapist, drawing from REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and Psychodynamic principles. I am also IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems). With an approach that is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, you will be met where you are and supported in understanding the patterns, emotions, and inner parts that shape your experiences.
