As a recent graduate of the MA in Psychotherapy program at Dublin Business School, I have completed over 200 hours of humanistic and integrative psychotherapy practice with clients. I previously worked in addiction and homeless services in Dublin. I hold an MA in the History of Art from the University of York, and a BA in Psychology and Art History from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, USA where I am originally from.
Approach I practice humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, drawing on existential therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques. My approach to therapy is based on radical acceptance and radical inclusion, creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgement. Together, our work focuses on your unique story, strengths, and potential for growth, as meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and accepted.
