I work with people who have one specific thing they want to change, and who are ready to change it, not just understand it.

My approach goes deeper than traditional talk therapy. Rather than exploring where a pattern came from and building insight over time, I work directly with the pattern itself, the automatic responses, beliefs and internal representations that sit below conscious thought and drive behaviour without awareness.

This is focused, purposeful work. Most clients notice real change within one to three sessions. Some issues, a specific phobia, performance anxiety, an emotional block, can shift in a single session.

I bring to this work over ten years of experience across therapeutic and somatic disciplines, and a personal understanding of the terrain that informs everything I do.

I am based in Crossmaglen, Northern Ireland and work online with clients across Ireland, the UK, and worldwide.

I have over 10 years’ experience working in therapeutic practice, with an integrative foundation and more recent specialised work in NLP and transpersonal therapy.

I have worked with clients experiencing relationship difficulties and recurring relational patterns, phobias, performance anxiety, self-sabotage, procrastination, negative self-talk, impostor syndrome, emotional blocks, confidence issues, and questions around identity and life direction.

My work is also informed by extensive experience in somatic and body-based approaches, including Chinese traditional medicine and nervous system regulation, which has deepened my understanding of the relationship between the body, the nervous system, and emotional experience. This informs how I work with stress responses, emotional holding patterns, and the ways unresolved experiences can be carried physically as well as psychologically.
Approach My work is integrative, responsive, and tailored to what is actually happening for the person in front of me, rather than confined to a single model or fixed way of working.

I offer two distinct approaches, depending on what you need.

Therapy sessions (£60 / €70 for 50 minutes) offer space for deeper exploration, reflection, and meaningful change. This work may focus on anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, recurring patterns, or experiences that continue to feel unresolved. My therapeutic approach is client-led and integrative, drawing from transpersonal psychology, Jungian-informed perspectives, somatic awareness, and other approaches where helpful. This work allows space not only to understand what is happening, but to process it, work through it, and create lasting change over time.

Focused NLP change sessions (£120 / €140 for 50 minutes) are a more targeted and structured form of work designed for specific issues where direct change is the goal. Much of what keeps people stuck does not sit in conscious thought alone, but in automatic emotional responses, nervous system patterns, internal representations, and deeply held beliefs formed long before conscious awareness. Insight can be valuable, but understanding a pattern intellectually does not always change it. Working directly with the structure of the pattern often can.

This approach can be particularly effective for phobias, performance anxiety, procrastination, confidence issues, emotional blocks, unwanted habits, and recurring patterns where focused intervention is more appropriate than exploratory therapy, usually 1 - 3 sessions.

Whichever approach we use, sessions are purposeful, grounded, and directed toward meaningful movement rather than endless talking.

What kind of therapy do you offer?

I offer two distinct types of work depending on what you need. This is not open-ended therapy. We go directly to the issue and work on it specifically. Most clients notice a real difference within one to three sessions. Sessions are £120. I also offer two structured 8-week programmes for deeper pattern work, relationship over functioning and feeling stuck in life. What is integrative therapy and what can it help with?

Integrative therapy is a flexible, client-led approach that draws on several therapeutic traditions depending on what you bring to sessions. It is suitable for a wide range of difficulties including: • Anxiety and worry • Stress and overwhelm • Low mood and emotional exhaustion • Relationship difficulties • Life transitions such as career changes, separation, bereavement, moving on • Lack of confidence and self-doubt • General emotional wellbeing Sessions are 50 minutes, available in person in Crossmaglen and online across Ireland and the UK. £60 per session for Northern Ireland clients, €70 for Republic of Ireland clients. What is focused NLP session work and how is it different from standard therapy?

Focused NLP session work is not open-ended therapy. It is targeted work for one specific, identifiable issue, and it operates very differently from standard counselling. Standard therapy focuses primarily on understanding, exploring where difficulties come from, building insight over time. Focused NLP work goes directly to where the issue actually lives, in the automatic responses, the unconscious beliefs and the nervous system patterns that drive behaviour before conscious thought has a chance to intervene. Rather than talking around the issue, we work directly with it. This is why most clients notice a real difference within one to three sessions rather than over months or years. It works well for phobias, performance anxiety, exam nerves, interview nerves, procrastination, imposter syndrome and emotional blocks. Sessions are £120, available online worldwide and in person in Crossmaglen.

How many sessions will I need?

For integrative therapy there is no fixed number of sessions. Some people come for a handful of sessions around a specific difficulty. Others work more regularly over a longer period. You are always in charge of the pace. For focused NLP work most clients notice a real difference within one to three sessions. Some issues, a specific phobia, performance anxiety before an upcoming event, resolve in a single session. For the structured 8-week programmes the commitment is eight weekly sessions plus a follow-up integration session after the programme ends. I will always be honest with you at the outset about what is realistic for your situation. Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes, absolutely. While some of my programmes are written primarily from a woman’s perspective, the patterns I work with affect men just as much as women. Everyone is welcome regardless of gender.
