Experience10++ years in Integrative Therapist
My work is grounded in over 20 years’ experience in mind-body approaches, including Traditional Chinese Medicine and somatic practice. This has given me a deep understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, the body and the way we respond to life experiences.
Over time, my work has evolved to include therapeutic approaches that support a deeper understanding of patterns, beliefs and emotional responses. This allows me to work not only with how you feel in the present, but also with the underlying processes that may be shaping your experience.
I draw on a range of approaches, including transpersonal therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), integrating these in a way that is guided by your individual needs rather than a fixed method.
My focus is on providing a grounded, supportive space where change can happen at a pace that feels right for you, combining experience, practical understanding and a deeper, more intuitive awareness of the work.
Approach I work as an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of approaches and adapt the work to suit you as an individual, rather than working within a single fixed method.
My approach is calm, grounded and centred around helping you understand what’s really going on beneath how you feel.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with the deeper patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that shape your experience. This includes awareness of the nervous system and the way experiences can be held in the body, as well as the ways you may have learned to adapt, cope or protect yourself over time.
Sessions offer a space to slow things down and explore your experience at your own pace. There is no pressure to be any particular way — you are free to come as you are.
Alongside talking, the work may include a more experiential or intuitive element, depending on what feels right for you. This allows for insight, clarity and change to emerge in a way that is natural and lasting.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, so that change can happen in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
