I can meet you online or in my therapy room in Clonmel. Alternatively, if you're unable to attend the therapy room and would like to meet in-person, we can arrange to meet at a location of your choice, this is especially useful if you are in hospital.
These are my standard prices for full fee-paying adults. There are discounts available for concession holders for counselling sessions.
Initial counselling session: 80 euro
Following counselling sessions: 70 euro
Reiki 80 minutes: 100 euro
Reiki 50 minutes: 65 euro
Experience
Person-centered therapy for 1 years
I have just started my Counselling and Reiki business since moving to Ireland from Australia. In the years prior, I have spent vast numbers of hours reading, studying and learning about how human emotions and experiences impact upon our lives, and how we can resolve past hurts. I qualified as a counsellor in 2011 and started my Reiki journey in 2017.
I have 20 years experience in the education sector working in a variety of settings and with all age- groups. My experience writing educational resources has taught me a lot about neuroscience and nervous system regulation amongst other health-related topics.
Approach
I primarily use a person-centred approach, meaning you are the expert in the your own life. I also integrate spiritual healing methodologies and approaches for balancing your nervous system. I can offer a range of guidance and strategies for improving your life as needed.
Qualification
I hold a Diploma in Professional Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and full registration with IICT. I am also a registered Reiki Master/Teacher.
