About
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I am currently completing my MSc in CBT. My primary degree is a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work primarily with adolescents and young adults aged 16–30, supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. This stage of life often brings pressure around identity, expectations, relationships, education, work, and independence, and therapy can provide a supportive space to make sense of these experiences.
My work is CBT-informed, focusing on understanding the connections between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses. I support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns, challenging self-critical or rigid thinking, and developing practical strategies to cope more effectively in daily life. CBT offers a structured and collaborative approach, and I aim to make therapy feel purposeful while remaining flexible and responsive to each individual.
Alongside core CBT techniques, I also draw from schema therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed principles, particularly where early experiences or long-standing patterns continue to influence present-day difficulties. I believe effective therapy balances practical tools with a deeper understanding of how past experiences shape our relationship with ourselves and others.
I place strong emphasis on building a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer both in-person and online sessions and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. Whether you are seeking structured, goal-focused CBT or a more exploratory approach informed by CBT principles, my aim is to help you develop clarity and confidence in managing life’s challenges.
