Experience
10++ years in CBT
Trained with IACP in 1999. Started counselling clients with food concerns at 'The Body Clinic', Dublin 4, and Regimes', Merrion row, as well as the personal training company. Following a lengthy period of CPD training, I am currently resuming private practice .
Approach

Person centred, eclectic, integrative & solution focussed approach, incorporating mindfulness and CBT .
