About

I am a person-centred, humanistic integrative psychotherapist with a deep belief in the transformative power of nature. I am accredited by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and bring warmth, compassion, and presence to my therapeutic work. My practice is rooted in person-centred principles, viewing each client as inherently whole. My role is to gently support clients in rediscovering their inner wisdom and sense of peace, allowing healing to unfold in harmony with nature.

I draw from a diverse therapeutic toolkit that includes ecotherapy, mindfulness, and shamanic approaches. I facilitate a deep connection with the natural world through Walk & Talk sessions, whether walking along the coastline or through woodland settings. With over a decade of experience in the outdoor industry, including qualifications as a Mountain Leader and Forest School Leader, I skillfully integrate therapeutic outdoor experiences into my practice. By weaving the healing power of the outdoors into therapy, I support clients in exploring emotions, finding meaning, and reconnecting with themselves.

Approach My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic and integrative, grounded in a warm, attuned, and supportive therapeutic relationship that provides emotional safety and honours each client’s innate capacity for growth and healing. I draw from Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Life Scripts, and Existential Psychotherapy to support clients in understanding relational patterns, emotional experiences, and meaning-making. I also offer outdoor psychotherapy, or ecotherapy, where nature becomes an active partner in the therapeutic process.
