About

I am an integrative psychotherapist and Pre-Accredited Member of IACP, offering one-to-one online therapy to adults. I work with people experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, low self-worth, relationship and family difficulties, trauma and significant life changes.

My approach is person-centred and relational. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore what is going on for you at your own pace. I work integratively, so therapy is shaped around you rather than using one fixed approach.

I bring over 20 years’ experience in nursing and healthcare, alongside my psychotherapy training and current counselling work.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University/PCI College and am a Pre-Accredited Member of IACP. My training is integrative, with a person-centred foundation. I also have over 20 years’ nursing and healthcare experience, including a BSc in Nursing Science
Experience
2+ years in Integrative Therapist
I have over two years’ counselling and psychotherapy experience across community-based services, including my current work with an adult caseload. I work with presentations including anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, low self-worth, relationship and family difficulties, emotional overwhelm and significant life transitions. I also bring over 20 years’ nursing and healthcare experience, which supports my work with distress, illness, loss and family vulnerability.
Approach My approach is integrative, with a strong person-centred and relational foundation. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work, and I place a lot of importance on being genuine, present and real with the person in front of me. I aim to offer a space where clients can feel safe enough to speak openly, without judgement or pressure to be anything other than themselves.

I work collaboratively and at the client’s pace, helping them make sense of what they are experiencing rather than rushing to fix or give answers. Where helpful, I draw on attachment, psychodynamic and family-systems perspectives to explore patterns, relationships and earlier experiences that may be influencing what is happening in the present.

Ultimately, I see therapy as a relationship in which people can begin to understand themselves more deeply, recognise their own strengths and develop greater trust in themselves and the choices they make.
