Experience
3+ years in Psychotherapy
I have experience working within a large mental health organisation, as well as in my own private practice on Shandon Street. Throughout my work, I have gained valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties and life experiences.

I work in an integrative way, placing you and your individual needs at the centre of the therapeutic process. I aim to offer a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore what is going on for you at your own pace.
Approach I work as an integrative practitioner, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis approaches. I place the client at the centre of the work, recognising that every person’s experience is different and that therapy should be tailored to their individual needs. I aim to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where the client can feel comfortable being themselves, explore what is going on for them, and work at a pace that feels right for them. Alongside exploring thoughts, feelings and experiences, I also take a practical approach to therapy, helping clients to develop greater understanding and find ways to manage difficulties and make positive changes in their day-to-day lives.
