About

Sarah works with teens, individuals and couples who are seeking clarity, resilience and meaningful, lasting change. Her approach goes beyond symptom management, helping clients understand patterns, strengthen emotional wellbeing and move forward with greater confidence.

As a qualified integrative therapist holding a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Sarah tailors her work to the unique needs of each client and couple. Drawing on evidence-based CBT alongside deeper therapeutic exploration, she provides a confidential, supportive space where insight translates into practical progress.

Since establishing her private practice in 2014, Sarah has supported clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety and early parenthood. In addition to psychotherapy, she has delivered life coaching, birthing preparation and holistic supports designed to help individuals and families navigate significant change with steadiness and strength.

Whether facing a major transition, feeling overwhelmed despite outward success, or seeking a stronger, more connected relationship, Sarah offers personalised, results-focused support to guide clients toward healing and fulfilment.

FAQs

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

How many sessions will I need?

Determining the number of counseling sessions needed is individual and depends on factors such as the complexity of issues, personal goals, and commitment. Short-term goals may be addressed in a few sessions, while long-term objectives may require more time. Regular attendance and engagement enhance progress. The therapeutic approach and external support also play a role. Counseling is a collaborative effort, and periodic reviews will guide adjustments to the treatment plan based on evolving needs. The duration varies, and your therapist will work with you to establish realistic expectations.
