I'm a therapist working in the Mynd therapy centre in Bray, County Wicklow. In addition to my private practice I volunteer in a low-cost counselling centre, Living Life Counselling. I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I am trained in a range of methodologies, and for each client I choose a custom mix of tools and techniques to best support them. I am accredited by IAHIP, the gold standard for Psychotherapy practice in Ireland.
