Since qualifying as a counsellor and psychotherapist in 2018, Suzanne has supported a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate personal and emotional challenges. She is passionate about guiding individuals toward greater wellbeing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life, and finds deep satisfaction in witnessing the positive changes her clients make. She has experience supporting clients with challenges such as burnout, work-life balance, stress, and anxiety, as well as issues including abuse, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and personal development.
Approach Suzanne’s therapeutic approach blends compassion, active listening, and evidence-based techniques drawn from multiple modalities such as humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused. She creates a safe, confidential, and impartial space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals. Working collaboratively, she helps clients develop personalised strategies to enhance resilience and implement meaningful change. As an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), she works in accordance with their code of ethics and practice. Committed to professional development to deepen her practice, she attends regular supervision and ongoing professional training.
