Qualification Having completed the BA (Hons) in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have developed a strong foundation in integrative, person-centred counselling practice grounded in both theory and self-awareness. The programme fostered a deep understanding of the holistic nature of wellbeing—embracing mind, body, and spirit—and equipped me with the skills to support clients with empathy, authenticity, and professional integrity. My studies were both academically enriching and personally transformative, preparing me to engage with individuals in a compassionate, ethical, and growth-oriented way as a qualified holistic therapist.
Building on this, I completed a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which enhanced my ability to integrate evidence-based, solution-focused techniques within a holistic framework. This training refined my skills in helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop adaptive coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. Combining the reflective depth of holistic counselling with the structured, practical tools of CBT allows me to offer a balanced, client-centred approach that supports wellbeing from multiple perspectives.
Experience4+ years in Psychotherapy
With a BA (Hons) in Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I practice as an integrative psychotherapist currently working towards full accreditation with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My approach draws from a rich blend of therapeutic modalities including Person-Centred, Gestalt, Psychosynthesis, Existential, and CBT frameworks, allowing me to tailor therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs.
I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues such as trauma, relationship and family challenges, bereavement, and neurodivergent conditions including ADHD and Autism, as well as post-traumatic stress (PTSD). My focus is on creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world, develop deeper self-awareness, and move toward healing and meaningful change.
My holistic training underpins my belief in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while honouring each client’s lived experience and capacity for growth. Whether the journey involves processing loss, improving connection, or managing emotional distress, my goal is to support each client in reconnecting with their resilience, authenticity, and sense of purpose.
